This is because making products too tall can lead to issues such as instability, excessive bulk, and increased delivery costs. However, my innovative design overcomes these challenges, effectively catering to the needs of users. The maximum height of the current tallest models, KT1.1520 and KT1.1520YG, is 102.36 inches (260cm). Therefore, if the users are up to 6.56 ft (200cm) tall, their feet won’t touch the ground while using the pull-up bar. I personally have a KT Pull-up Bar Stand next to my desk. After an hour of sitting, I find it rejuvenating to stand up, swing my body, and do pull-ups. It’s an incredibly refreshing way to stretch all muscles and tendons, particularly after long working hours

It’s important to note that while “portable” highlights ease of movement within your space, the product is not designed to fold into a compact form for travel purposes.

This exercise engages the full body and is an effective way to burn calories – it primarily targets the abdomen, hips, and spine. For optimal results, repeat the exercise several times a day, ideally every 30 minutes. Each session should consist of 10 to 30 jumps, depending on your health condition.
