Please understand that our products are heavy and come with considerable shipping costs. Returns involving large, bulky items may result in damage during transit due to improper handling or repackaging. If returned in less-than-perfect condition, a restocking fee may apply. To avoid unnecessary complications, we kindly ask that you make your decision with care.
Occasionally, some customers request returns simply because the product is heavy — even though the weight is clearly stated. Others are disappointed that the bars aren’t “100% wobble-free,” despite us clearly noting that “sturdy” means 93% of wobble is eliminated, not all of it. If you’re looking for absolute immovability (0% wobble), our product may not meet that expectation. Please don’t purchase our product just to ‘try it out’ and then expect us to pay for the return shipping.
Let us be clear: we never advertise 0% wobble. Even military-grade pull-up bars anchored in concrete with steel wires cannot offer zero movement. However, our outdoor pull up bars are one of the sturdiest free-standing designs available, and they’re easy to assemble and portable. This has been validated by numerous professional calisthenics and street workout athletes.
Unfortunately, some customers try to return products they “accidentally ordered” or “no longer want,” yet refuse to pay return shipping or restocking fees. We’ve even received unfair 1-star reviews on Amazon from buyers upset about restocking charges for items returned in damaged condition.
This behavior, in our view, lacks fairness and integrity. Choosing not to take responsibility for one’s own purchase decisions — and expecting the seller to cover the cost of those choices — is disheartening. Return shipping for these items can exceed $200, and still, some buyers expect a full refund with no questions asked.
We kindly urge all buyers to act responsibly and ethically. Even in small matters like shopping online, kindness and fairness matter. Treat sellers with the same respect you would expect in return. A positive, honest exchange benefits everyone.

1. Product not as described?
We’ll offer a full refund and cover return shipping.
2. Item defective or damaged?
Send us photos or videos for verification. We’ll send replacement parts at no cost or issue a refund.
Please note: a defective or damaged product is something we deeply regret — and never intend to happen. However, due to human error during production, certain flaws may occasionally escape our quality checks. We sincerely ask for your kind cooperation so we can resolve the issue promptly.
We kindly ask that you avoid returning the product, if possible. Our U.S. warehouse is not our manufacturing facility, and cannot refurbish, repair, or repurpose returned items. Furthermore, they often charge high fees for handling and storage of returned goods. This means we incur both costly return shipping and restocking fees, while the product itself becomes practically unusable.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Should you still decide to return the product, we will consider it a change of purchase intent, and the return will be handled under policy point #3 below.
